Timothy organised the creation of the South West Design Review Panel in 2005: he was Manager until 2015 and is now Panel Secretary.
He is a planner and writer who has worked in local government, for the Civic Trust and the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce. He wrote Regeneration around Cities for the Countryside Agency and the Bath Millennium Prospectus for the then Council. He was Programme Manager for the Maintaining Value research project funded by DTI, EH and HLF.
He is a trustee of SAVE Britain’s Heritage, an Honorary Fellow of the RSA and was a Churchill Fellow.
