Creating Excellence want to reassure that we are taking coronavirus seriously and will wish to avoid putting our team, Panel members, local authority and developer/design colleagues at any risk – your safety is our utmost priority in delivering our services to you.

For now, we will not be holding face to face events, but will be offering remote-based support instead. We will be discussing with those that have booked onto design reviews on how this can be delivered. We will adapt design support on any new commissions received in this interim period.

Training events will be postponed until later in the year – and delegates will receive separate notification on that.
If you have any queries about our approach, or suggestions on how we can continue to best provide support, please let us know.

We hope the current crisis is not affecting you, your loved-ones or your business too much and that we can get back to normal soon. Thank you.

Rob Gregory

Rob Gregory is an award-winning architect and academic from South West England currently working as Senior Architect in the University of Bristol’s Campus Division. In this post Rob is responsible for design quality across the University’s £1bn portfolio of capital projects, deploying experience gained as design lead on projects that include the new Wordsworth Museum, currently on site in the UNESCO World Heritage Lake District hamlet of Town End.

As a graduate of the University of Bath, Rob spent almost a decade working on a number of Millennium Projects, including Feilden Clegg’s Earth Centre, the Manchester City Art Gallery by Hopkins and Allies and Morrison’s work to the Royal Festival Hall. He then embarked on a ten-year detour from conventional practice with the Architectural Review, when as Senior Editor he was part of the magazine’s highly respected editorial team.

Throughout his career Rob has maintained a permanent post as Lecturer at the University of Bath, spent four years on the Royal Institute of British Architects' National Awards Group, five years running the public programme at the Architecture Centre in Bristol, and has held a number of key consultancy roles for the Architecture Foundation, Royal Academy and British Council.
